When will I receive my order?

Our courier offers next (working) day delivery on all orders for orders. Next day delivery cut off time is 12pm.

 

It’s been more than 2 days and I still haven’t received my order. What should I do?

Why has my order come in more than one package?

Our courier’s weight limit per box is 25kg, anything above that will have to be shipped in a an additional box.

 

I have a discount code but it’s not working on certain products. Why?

Our discount codes do not work on products that are already on offer.

 

I have a discount code, but I forgot to use it. Can I add it to my order?

You can’t add discount codes to an order that’s already been placed, but if you email us at yo@forestroad.co.uk we will be able to partially refund your order.

 

I’ve entered the wrong shipping address. How can I change it?

If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, we can change the shipping address. Just email us at yo@forestroad.co.uk.

 

I need to delay my subscription.

You can skip, delay or change your subscription date anytime you want by logging into your profile and clicking HERE.
