Bar Manager

Join our team as a Bar Manager at a vibrant and bustling establishment in the heart of London Fields. We are a busy venue ranging from day time beers to late night cocktails, our last orders on the weekends is 2am.

We are seeking a dedicated individual to curate our bar operations and contribute to the success of our venue. As a Bar Manager, you will play a crucial role in maintaining high standards of service and creating memorable experiences for our guests.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the bar, including staff supervision, inventory management, and customer service.
- Create and update drink menus in collaboration with the General Manager 
- Ensure compliance with all food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness standards.
- Train, mentor, and motivate bar staff to deliver exceptional service.
- Manage bar budgets, monitor expenses, and optimize revenue streams.
- Stay current on industry trends and continuously seek opportunities for improvement.

Requirements:
- Previous experience in bar management roles. (Especially working in independents)
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide a team.
- Familiarity with beverage service, including cocktails, wines, and beer varieties.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Experience with staff scheduling, roster management, and performance evaluation.

- Availability to work late nights.
