After nearly 2 years commissioning, Tim was the christening brew on our new kit - it was a 16 hour day - on 9/9/2021.
We named it after the guy that single-handedly delayed our utility upgrades by over 3 months.
100% Pale Ale Malt, Bittered, late-hopped, and dry-hopped with Pacific Northwest American Willamette and Cascade hop pellets.
Fermented in steel, then aged on medium toast American oak barrels for 5 months.
We then transferred select barrels onto whole-leaf Wilamette and Cascade hop flowers for 2 weeks.
Then we put it in this can.
We don't need to sell it but we thought some of you might enjoy it.
It will never exist again - the first brew can only happen once!
